Wade Anderson
Greetings, I’m Wade, Tucson Medical Home Health Rehabilitation Therapy Manager and a dedicated supporter of TMHH since its inception, witnessing its remarkable growth. I love to travel and having spent six enriching years in Ecuador, a cherished travel destination, I bring a wealth of diverse experiences. My professional journey includes working in a variety of settings including acute care, neuro rehabilitation, ownership of an outpatient clinic for four years and worked for various home health agencies. TMHH stands out as more than just an employer; it’s a familial community.
Robert Robuck
I’m Robert Robuck, Chief Marketing Director at Tucson Medical Home Health. I work closely with case managers and social workers to ensure patients receive the best possible care at home. Building strong relationships and advocating for patient-centered solutions is my passion. With a background in business, I bring organization and strategy to my role. Family is at the core of who I am—I’ve been married for 40 years, raised three children, and now have seven grandchildren. Caring for others, both personally and professionally, drives everything I do.

Hi! I’m Stacy, the Intake Coordinator for Tucson Medical Home Health. With 30 years of experience in the medical field, I’m passionate about helping others, and home health gives me countless opportunities to make a real difference. I thrive on problem-solving and ensuring patients receive the care they need. Creativity is at my core—I hold a BA in Creative Writing, which helps me think outside the box. When I’m not managing referrals, I love being a proud pup mom and spending quality time with my family, embracing the joy and connection that matter most.an
Makayla Stepnowski
Greetings! I’m Makayla Stepnowski, the Intake Manager and a field nurse with Tucson Medical Home Health. I’ve always had a passion for nursing—ever since I was little—and began my journey as a caregiver in memory care homes. Now, with nearly three years at TMHH, I can honestly say it’s the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. I love the balance of providing compassionate care to our patients and building meaningful connections with our community partners. Outside of work, I’m married with three amazing daughters and five little dogs who keep life joyful and full of love.
Ashot Sandoyan
Hello! I am one of the co-founders of Tucson Medical Home Health. I have previous experience working in and operating a home heath care agency for seven years. For me, providing quality care is of utmost importance and I enjoy running the office in such a way that ensures proper care for each patient.
I have a B.A. in Business Administration which gave me the tools to manage my office and staff. My goal is to organize and provide unbeatable care by communicating each patient’s individual needs with my staff of skilled nurses and therapists. Outside of work I am a husband and father to my one year old boy.
Dikran Gligoriu
Greetings! I am one of the founders and the CEO of Tucson Medical Home Health. I have a B.A. in Economics and 15 years of experience in finance and money management. My specialty is creating and sustaining support platforms for skilled professionals to work together and do what they do best.
Being of service to others makes me very happy and I am always trying to help others the best I can. I am human and it does not work out that way all the time, but I will not give up.
